Good Morning, Gather ! 1-30-13

Yikes. We are almost through the first month of 2013. ;P

Hopefully I will be able to post more on here today, Phill S. gave me some advice on picture posting that may have been my problem, though come to think of it I had never had that problem before with the size of my pictures like I have the last couple of days. Oh, well. I'll try it anywhoo. ;)

Checked my ebay, and I think it's the same as yesterday--one watcher on one item and two watchers on another. I meant to prepare something to put up this weekend, but I got so frustrated with the Gather photo uploading nonsense that that went right out of my head.

Mom is going to brunch with a friend today, so I will have the house to myself for a bit. :)

Bear will get his two walks in.

Bible study this afternoon.

Tonight is choir practice.

Yesterday I raked the rocks out front, and while I'm a bit sore, I'm not quite as sore as I imagined I would be. ;P Kind of wish our yard wasn't on an incline...

A great day here.....another winter storm....LOL!!!!! Snowing, lots of wind, ice, etc......makes for oodles of fun....LOL! All schools are closed here so it's pretty quiet....hubby had to get up to take the kid to work 1/2 hour early as, even in this horrendous weather, they have 3 burials today....that's going to be really rough! We need to go to the post office, as a friend is retiring from there after 33 years; I need to go buy him a balloon bouquent so we will need to be out in the mess....oh well. Hubby's a super good driver; none of it bothers him! Hope to get a lot of work done around the house.....it's only going to get up to about 15 or 20 degrees today!

I was glad for his advice, and reduced the sizes of my photos like he said, but unfortunately it didn't change Gather's glitchiness. ;( It was still more trouble than it should have been to upload photos--and took me most of the day to do the last photo essay I did. ;( I could only upload two pictures at a time, and if I tried to do otherwise, the page froze. ;( I have never had this much trouble uploading pictures on Gather--regardless of their size !
