Kris Humphries wants to clear his name and now he is proving that he doesn't have any STDs regardless of reports that he does. Kayle Goldberg filed a lawsuit against him saying that he gave her herpes, but now according to Radar Online he even took a drug test to prove that he is clean.
Kris took a blood test that says he doesn't have herpes at all. He has denied all along that he had herpes, but of course there was no proof. Kris decided that a blood test was the way to clear his name. The test went as far as to say that he doesn't have any STDs at all.
In the court dockets, Kayla said that they had sex more than once and then after she ended up with herpes. She says that she did not have anything until after she had sex with the NBA player.
Now Kris Humphries is asking that she drop the entire lawsuit. Since he didn't actually give her anything there is no reason for the lawsuit to go on. Do you think she should drop it? Sound off in the comments below.
