A few months ago the triple threat made it crystal clear she had not had breast implants but boob job talks are back now that her March 2013 Cosmopolitan cover has been unveiled.
The former Disney darling has shed her good girl image long ago and she continued on that road with this cover. Although Cyrus's photo isn't as tacky as what many have come to expect from her, she's still trying her best to convince the world she's a bad girl with a "I don't give a crap" attitude. Hey, no one cares anymore! It's that chest and not her attitude everyone is questioning now.
Miley Cyrus is known for being braless and she's also known for garnering media attention: wanted and unwanted. This is just the latest publicity stunt to have people focusing on her sex appeal. Cyrus even goes so far as to claim she's "never faked anything."
There are worse things than fans questioning whether or not your breasts are real. Heave forbid! You could become irrelevant one day!
