a note about my cats and kittens

I have lots of cats and kittens.  I adopt them from the animal shelter

and they're all spayed or neutered before I bring them home.  They

have cat houses with blankets in them on the back porch and there

are a couple of chairs out there, too, that they like to curl up in.  The

back porch isn't screened in, but it's a covered porch so my kitties

have a nice dry place to relax and sleep.  That's where I feed them,

too.

The workers at the animal shelter are always glad to see me come in.

They know I can't go home without taking a cat or kitten with me.

I hate seeing the kitties in cages.  It's not their fault that they were

abandoned.  I feel so sorry for them.  I have to give them a home.

I've got about all the kitties I can take care of now though, so I have

to stop going by the animal shelter for awhile.

Wow, Ruby, that's a wonderful thing you're doing!!!!!! Pets are quite entertaining, aren't they? It sounds like all your kitties are very well cared for and loved a whole lot!

wow that is nice. Jimmys father has so many cats when he died, and Jimmy don't like cats but we have 1 cat every farm needs a cat.

I can only afford 3 4leggers at a time but all mine were rescues of some sort. My kitty stays indoors or on the enclosed porch, your lucky to be in an area where people don't try to kill them.

Husband and I ran a rescue and were foster parents to abandoned animals but since we lost our home-now rent-I miss helping animals so now we donate to animals in need. Again thank you for helping these cats. Big heart!

Fine. I too love cats and Once there was 'Chakki' who would come and rest on my shoulder whenever I reached home!
Yesterday we had a little mouse which entered our study and I forgot to snap in the frenzy. We didn't kill it. Showed the door! But it was cute! LOL...:)
