I just wanted to share these great videos by Bryan Fiese. I originally found it on Pinterest.
Bryan believes that no teacher should be left behind. He has a great jump start for any teacher to give them the boost they need to turn any class (and themselves) around.
Back in my day, I think teachers were way too motivated to see who they got to stay behind class to write one hundred times on the blackboard," I will behave in class." You got chalk all over your clothes clapping out the erasers. I speak from personal experience.
My mom is a retired sixth grade science teacher. At the time she retired, her public school in Indiana had hired their first policeman to watch the halls. Times had definitely changed. Teachers had to be walked out to their cars and evening tutoring was discontinued. Due to the changes in the neighborhood, students arrived early before school for extra help and detention. Otherwise at 3:30 pm, the property became a ghost town.
Bryan Fiese helps teachers to get them invigorated to take on the modern challenges in the classroom and to continue to make a difference.
I hope you pass this motivational videos on to a teacher, they certainly need all of our support.
