Hi Gather Friends, I have a few pictures that I thought I would Share with You, All!

As a lot of You know, I have my youngest Grandson, James most of

the time now. I never thought that I would be up to this (job) as

much as I have been here lately.

My Kid's are in their 30's, so it has been awhile since I have been

doing this kinda job again.

James is doing Great since my last post, where He had the Flu and

had Him in the ER because He was so sick.

I'm so 'Thankful' that He got through the Flu.

Right now it is very,very cold out as I know a lot of YOU are

going through the same kind of weather.

I post when I can, and right now James is sleeping and I'm trying

to get this post up before He gets up.

He sits up All By Himself now, and is Crawling Everywhere.

I have to Baby-Proof the house Again. :)

In these next 2 Photo's, I just took them this morning on

my Cell Phone.

James is a Hand-Full, of Joy! :)

What a wonderful smile he has! I remember the days of baby-proofing, that's a lot of work! You forget over the years how much they can get into. :)

Oh, Me too, it took 10 days and on the 11th day He started to feel Better.
That sure was some very long days and nights, :)

He looks like a real sweetheart. I'm not up on your situation, but I know that taking care a young one when you aren't so young yourself anymore isn't a piece of cake. My mom took care of her five-year-old grandson for almost a year during a family crisis and she was 76. She probably needed support more than most mothers of five-year-olds, but none of her friends had kids she could make play dates with. I was five hours away, and I had the other of my brother's sons who was 13 and would have been more than Mom could handle. Your grandson is fortunate he has you.

I really admire your Mother for doing that at the age of 76. I'm in my 50's and it's hard enough, :)
James really is a hand-full, most days because He is just starting to cut teeth and Day and night some days He just doesn't sleep, but wants to be rocked and Held. So this is what I do. :)

There's a lot of be said for rocking and holding a child. That's something paid help might not do, but a person who loves will. James is very fortunate to have you to care for him.

What cute pictures, RedBird! My goodness, you're super busy these days! It's bitterly cold here, but amazingly, I absolutely LOVE it.....when I go outdoors, it totally energizes me......I feel so alive, like a "brand new" person! The other day I was out and it was exceptionally cold, with bad wind chills....I shoveled our walk, along with the neighbor guy's and enjoyed it! Best part, I wasn't even "huffing and puffing" like I used to.......came in and I was on a real "high"........I got tons of cleaning accomplished.....think I need to be out more in the blustery weather......it's great!

A bit Busier than I really would like to be, right now, But I know it needs to be done. :)

The weather is just to bitterly Cold for me, I really perfer the Warmer weather.

Its a shame his ma & pa aren't doing anything for him its really hard on grandparents, I watched my brother and SIL do the same to mom when she was in her early 70's, it was so hard on her.

What an adorable baby! I envy you. My grandson lives 150 miles away and I ache for hugs. When you're baby-proofing, if you miss something, James will find it and remind you! When I did that, I went around the house on my knees to see from baby's eye view.
