Selena Gomez Invited to Military Ball; Will She Go?

Selena Gomez received an invite to a military ball and the invitation has now gone viral. Will the Wizards of Waverly Place star make this young man's dream come true?

According to a report from Hollywood Life, Private First Class John Buchan made a video and posted it online in hopes of getting Selena's attention. In it he invited the "Love You Like A Love Song" singer to a Cavalry ball.

Since Selena is newly single—having only recently broken up with Justin Bieber—do you suppose she'll give PFC Buchan a shot and accompany him to the ball?

Can you imagine how excited this young man, who so proudly serves his country, would be if Selena contacted him with a resounding "Yes?" He'd likely be a hero in the eyes of his fellow soldiers for having the guts to issue such an invitation.

Selena Gomez's biggest complaint about Justin Bieber was that he was immature. PFC Buchan is a solder. He has no doubt endured countless drills and training sessions to make it to where he is today. That's pretty mature, Selena.

Come on, Selena! Go with this young soldier to the military ball!
