Despite not being a Beyonce fan (she's as fake as they come~baby bump ring a bell); despite the fact that many of today's musical artists lip-sync and/or autotune, I have to say that the latest Republican outcry for Obama's impeachment is absurdity at it's best, and/or worst~they even term it a "Beyonce crisis." PUH-LEESE!!! But, what does fuel the media circus, as well as, provide tabloid fodder, however, is Beyonce's silence on the matter, AND, the U.S. Marine Band backing off its original claims that she did, indeed, lip-sync:

Later, the band backed off its initial statement and said that they had no way of telling whether or not she was singing live.
But as for Beyonce's vocal performance, it added: "No one in the Marine Band is in a position to assess whether it was live or pre-recorded."
WTH's going on, to cover up a lie with more lies & back-tracking is pretty much indefensible, shady, & smells like rotten eggs. But, to call out Obama on this is just as indefensible, shady & stinks to high Heaven! I highly doubt that the Prez had anything to do with the planning stages of the entertainment (isn't that Bo's job?), so for Rand Paul (who already stuck his foot in his mouth at Hillary's Benghazi hearing) to call out Obama on this stupidly silly non-political issue, is disingenuous at best, "ridiculist," at worst!!!

From my understanding, MC band was approached for a comment~I think Beyonce could nip this in the bud & just fess up. Not a fan anyhoo, & this just confirms my opinion about her.
She could nip it in the bud, AL. It just seems to me that whether they were asked for a comment or not, there were far better things to say...then again, maybe they thought it was off the record. Who knows, I just think it's very unprofessional.
As for Rand Paul, he embarrassed himself with his puerile spoiled brat routine today. He would do wise to emulate Marco Rubio, who has shown that you can provide substantive counter views while remaining respective and adult.
It could get much worse. Some of these mentally challenged people may be re-elected in 2014...
