I couldn't really think of a title for today. Mostly when home today I've been working on sewing projects.
I cut a fat quarter of blue fabric to be used in the drawing at quilt guild on Monday. I got out all of my larger pieces of fabric to see what I could cut of fabric to make pillowcases. I only ended up cutting enough for 2 pillowcases. Our charity project this year at quilt guild is to make 200 pillowcases for the local foster care. Monday at guild we will have a soup lunch after the meeting and then it's work day for those who can stay and make pillowcases.
I wanted to get in to my craft room and at least sew the lines on the half square triangles for my wall hanging but never made it in.
A pretty normal away from home day for me. We attended Bible study this morning. This afternoon I did some grocery shopping and took my mom to the dr. I spent $16.16 at the store and saved 63%. I like to have a larger percent on savings but I'm happy with what I got for my $16.16---5 boxes of cat food, 6 packages of pasta, 3 packages of sausage gravy, Glade Expressions refill, 2 packages of toilet paper, and 10 smaller Tony's Pizzas.
For supper I used some of the ham from the last bag in the freezer left from Christmas. I cubed it and baked it in scalloped potatoes. Steve got home really late again this evening from work. At least his alarm won't be going off at midnight since he has tomorrow off work.
Tomorrow I will be going to my first stitch group meeting in the afternoon. I plan to work on my bunny squares. Hopefully more than just the one lady and me are there.
I guess I better see what else I can get done here on the computer real quick and head on in to bed. I'm hoping for a productive day tomorrow.
If you would, please send us some prayers for my grandchildren. 5 of them are sick. 4 have been said to have bronchitis and ear infections by the doctor and the other has type B influenza. They've been down for days already. Thanks.

The pillowcases sound like a good cause... and well appreciated I bet.
