Well, our toilet won't flush properly. You can get everything to go down, and it doesn't overflow, but it takes a few tries.
The water keeps draining almost entirely out of the bowl. When you do flush, bubbles of air come burping out. It's really annoying.
The town came out to check the outside cleaning trap or whatever, but there's not a problem there. So, we'll probably need a plumber to come out. Of course, our landlords likely won't pay for that... since they are totally absentee and useless. I did talk to the realtor that everything goes through, though, before the town came out, and now I'm waiting for her to get my message about being back at square 1, and to call me back.

Do you pay for city water? That is going to up that bill.
I don't know much about plumbing. Maybe you just need to give it a couple days, it will fix itself, if it is clogged. Do you have one of those plungers you could use on it?
HERE it says that liquid dish soap might help.
Who knows...
