Â According to The Wall Street Journal and Mark Zibert of Zibert International Realty, the realtor has just sold a property once owned by Madonna and in the process created a new record.The 7,100-square-foot penthouse was just sold for $27 million making it the highest price ever paid for a private residence in southeast Florida.
