a breath
completed
is the essence of life
but
not in humanity's definition.
for a breathe taken in
is new, fresh, clean and undefiled
a fresh start, a hope.
Every exhale completes a cycle,
outward forcing rush of defiled,
complicated, used up dusty old.
out with the old,
in with the new.
life as it should be,
on a daily, hourly, minute by minute basis
for living natural life.
a continual recycling circle-
a resurgence of renewal.
Life.
A lesson humanity often forgets,
never forgives
and is jealous of
at all cost.
