MadDog Diaries, The Notes of Joseph Lakritz

This paste only covers 15 of 52 pages of a handwritten notebook on the development of the drones that fly over our country.  This handwritten diary was composed in 2008, before the information on the drones was made public.  There are links to the PDFs of the pages at the end of each numbered page explanation.

On April 16, 2013, the government will figuratively do me in in a court of law, being denied a trial by jury and legal representation to protect MadDog and others who have a part in this scheme. I have been told by 2 police officers that he is being protected.

I had no idea, until I began delving in depth into this notebook how so little our government cared for the life of a citizen who strives to be honest.  How our government can cover up and protect illegal activities, just as has been done to the women in India, so that a General can have his toys.  I never realized how freely information is given to criminals by government, its think tanks and contractors and how they protect criminals from prosecution.

When I filed for divorce, after years of abuse with the final 2 years being unbearable, I had no idea that I was nothing but a droplet of rain in the cloud of National Security.  I had no idea how far people would go to protect their projects by protecting a felon, having his record wiped clean or somehow hiding it.  I had no idea how far they would allow him to go to extract revenge for having been arrested for threatening my life and for me being the one to leave.

I guess I should tell you how this missive got the name, The MadDog Diaries.  You see, MadDog is Joseph Hyman Lakritz, former derivatives trader blackballed by Wall Street in 1993 for using inside information for personal gain.  He was never prosecuted as the firm, Oppenheimer, was fearful of having to pay out millions in customer settlements and fines.  You can read about this in the notes below.

First and foremost, the reader of this must bear in mind that this notebook was written and is dated in a few places, in the summer and fall of 2008.  Some of what it contains is information that was only made available in this past year, 2012 to 2013.  This points to the sharing of secrets that are vital to national security, secrets that can be used to trade stocks, purchase companies or pass on to other countries for profit.

I have no idea if others outside the military know this, but it would stand to reason that those in Congress, who have been stirring up trouble, do know.  Even the most supportive of talking heads for the Obama administration have been asking publicly if the goal is another civil war.  We know it has happened before thanks to Marine Corps Maj.-Gen. Smedley Butler.  It was a plot that involved Wall Street.  Those who know me know that I believe the Bilderburg conspiracy to be nothing more than a way for a 2 bit radio host to make a name for himself.  After reading and researching the notebook, and knowing Joe as I do, I have to wonder if certain people in the military, as happened in 1933, are not doing some day dreaming of power, control and unimagined wealth.  After all, the drones were sold to the public on the basis of “for use outside the US”, but in 2008, their intent to use them inside our borders was being discussed.  This would explain the secrecy and the private funding, not by military contractors, for development of such a weapon.  If it were in the military budget, it could be found by inquisitive eyes or watchdog groups.

When I began deciphering the “notebook”, it is the type of notebook used by a stenographer; I was of the mind that there was hacking involved.  It wasn’t until I got to the end, to the last few pages, that I realized that if there were hacking it had to have been with the blessing of some very highly placed military and government people.  I broke my own cardinal rule of research.  I made the assumption before having all the facts.  In research, you have to begin with the end result and work back, step by step, until you can come to one or more conclusions.

I had no idea, when I set to the task, how lax our military, the FBI and other government agencies were about national security.  If you aren’t horrified by what I found, you should be. And the fact that our security agencies don’t give a damn when these things are uncovered shows a lack of real concern for the security of this country.  Job one, protecting asses.

Who hid the felony conviction of Joseph Hyman Lakritz?  Who hid the Class A Misdemeanor and the fact that he never reported to a probation officer which would have landed him in jail for a year at minimum?  And. there is the small things that happened throughout the years, the use of the name James A. Cavanaugh who lived in a commercial building in New Jersey and whose name first became associated with Joe in 1978 when he mysteriously came home with $3000 in cash saying a co-worker, a “Billy Bob” from Oklahoma, had given it to him.  There were addresses I knew nothing about, but where people remembered him from his picture and who offered that he spoke with a heavy New York accent. There was the signing of “guaranteed signature” forms at City National Securities without an account being there so stocks could be sold at another firm without the knowledge of the wife of the man Joe had signed them for.  A payment to the owner of driving school in far eastern LA region over 100 miles from our home in Ventura County, one he never attended, to prevent a mark on his driving record and possibly getting caught on the old Class A Misdemeanor.

The school was owned by a relative of a co-worker at City National Securities (not sure, but it was either a relative of Ariel or Javier).  There was the stealing of a leather jacket in 2005 from Dick’s Sporting Goods, a fact confirmed by our son to George Pearson, Guardian ad liteum.  And the stealing of a cell phone at about the same time, another fact confirmed to George Pearson by Max. A petty criminal his entire life, these are just some of the things I know about.

Find out who hid his records, and you will find out who is profiting.  After all, Joseph Lakritz needed to get some sort of security clearance to be able to wonder around Langley AFB, sit in on tests of drones and to talk to test pilots, a clearance he wasn’t capable of getting, given his background of being in and out of trouble for most of his life.

Who got these records buried? Here is a partial list of suspects, and the reasons for them being suspected.  Like any good detective, I am not saying any are guilty, but they all have connections to Joe, and they all could potentially profit by having a front man.  They are in no particular order.

•     Mead Treadwell, Lt. Governor of the State of Alaska.  There was that similar situation to mine under Sarah Palin, one which Palin was blamed for. Could he have been the connection for the cover up of the actions by a state trooper?  His name and both his home phone and office number appear in the notebook.

•     Joe’s ex boss at City National Securities.  He was Managing Director when Joe started.  He knew of Joe’s background and hired him anyway.  Michael Nunnerly, the current Managing Director told me Joe should have never been hired with his arrest record.  I believe the man’s name was Jim, a retired Colonel whose last name escapes me, if I ever knew it.  He approved a requisition for a special box of business cards printed for Joe with the title of “Office Manager”, though that was not Joe’s title.  His title was Customer Service Manager.  These cards were only used to quiet clients who were unhappy so that Jim did not have to deal with them.  Jim suddenly, and without a word to his most trusted employees, retired with short notice a year after Joe was hired.  With health not being a factor, there was curiosity and speculation about his retirement but no explanation was given.  In the banking and Wall Street industries, here today, gone tomorrow is usually a sign of wrong doing, especially when there is no offer of employment after exiting.

•     Col. Joseph Skaja , Chief of Electronic Warfare, Langley AFB  There is a money transfer to an account he controls noted towards the end of the notebook.  We know that General Allen is involved in a situation the reads about the same and the military is trying to make his mess go away without removing him from duty.

•     Various Generals, Admirals, Colonels and Lt. Colonels referred to by name and having contact information recorded in the notebook..

•     Or is it one of the local politicians?  Tommy Norment has been in and out of all sorts of scandals. Dave Albo , who represents the district just outside the Beltway in the State Legislature, ignores and quashes all reports of wrong doing by judges and police.

•     Chief Harmon, the Chief of Police in James City County or one or more of his police officers.  All reports of break ins and domestic abuse were handled by officers from one shift, the evening shift, no matter what time of day they occurred or the call was made.  And then, there is the strange meeting where Chief Harmon himself, whom I have seen on several occasions, suddenly grewing a good foot in height, sported grey blond hair, though he is a brunet, and gaining a good 30 lbs, just for that meeting.  I have it on tape.

•     One or more judges here in town?  After all, there was the article about Judge Fairbanks back at about the time this notebook was written, an article that said he controlled who got arrested and who didn’t, sometimes letting hardened criminals continue their activities. I was not witness to this, but the incident has been relayed to me by 4 different people.  Our son, Max, appeared before Fairbanks on some sort of charges.  Fairbanks told him he couldn’t continue hearing and clearing Max of charges and taking advantage of his “personal relationship” with Joe. The courts here are not courts of record, so there are no court reporters unless you hire one, and then, they are not regulated.  They slapped a 2 year retaining order on Max to prevent him from talking to me, fearful of him letting something slip. He has tended to allow bits of information slip in the past, and when under the influence of drugs, they know it can happen again.

•     The FBI and/or military authorities.  They do not even want to see the notebook.  Would it open another scandal for them, one where they allowed a petty criminal who is open to blackmail to see secrets and have access to military bases, and be very lax with those secrets?

•     Maximus, Inc.  With their executive offices here in Williamsburg, Joe insisting we move here instead of Richmond and many of the players in my case employees of Maximus, I have to wonder.  Dorothy L. Lakritz gave Maximus its start in the New York City Department of Welfare and went to work for them when she retired.  They control many of the courts in the US and the information that passes through those courts as well as mental health facilities, general health facilities, private prisons, the administration of support payments, etc.  Thousands of violations have been documented against them, yet they continue as the world’s largest government contractor as a birth to death company.

Joe grew up in Brooklyn, always on the edge of trouble.  I really know little of his upbringing; he was always secretive about it as his mother was, but for her, I can make allowances.  She grew up in foster homes, but his upbringing was with one set of parents.

His mother, Dorothy Lakritz, was a dominate personality. She had grown up in foster care, her mother abandoning her when she was just a toddler.  She worked at the NYC Department of Welfare, starting as a clerk and working her way up to be the Operational Director of the agency. With each new mayor came a new department head. She was the person who assured the agency would function from administration to administration.  In this capacity, she gained some very powerful friends as it was her job to determine who got contracts with the department.  I am only now finding just how many friends and how much power she wields.

Max, Joe’s father, managed a gas station at Kennedy Airport.  He was the smarter of the two, but also did not have the education that Dorothy had.  His father, Joe’s grandfather, had died young in a mental institution if you are to believe the stories told me by Joe.  Max, being the youngest, worked to put his three oldest siblings through college, but when it came time for him to go, there was no one to support his education, so he went without.  Max was kind, gentle and the polar opposite of Dorothy.  He passed in 1983.  To honor him, we named our son Max after him.

Having grown up with a volatile mother and a father that worked six or seven days a week, Joe was left to pretty much raise himself as a latch key kid from the age of eight and often left alone at night while his parents went to gamble, a vice they both shared and one Dorothy still enjoys.  In school, he was in and out of trouble.  At age 16, he was, depending on which day of the week he tells the story and who the listener is, either dropped out of Midwood High or was summarily kicked out.  It was not until our own son faced trouble in school that Joe, in a fit of anger at being told they wanted Max to see a mental health professional, divulged that he had had to do the same thing, and he refused to allow his son to go through what he had had to do.  Whatever it was, whatever experiences he had had to relive in those sessions, was obviously very painful to him.  My instincts tell me that he was kicked out of school, just as our son Max has been.

After leaving school at age 16, he got a job at Key Food on Avenue J.  One night, at closing, he and a friend hid in the basement.  When the coast was clear, they robbed the store of the day's receipts.  I have no idea how they got caught, or even who the friend was, but he faced a judge and was found guilty.  He never denied to me what he had done, though he also never said why.

Joe was dating Pam Innes, when at 16; she gave birth to their first son, Andrew.  On advice of Dorothy, Joe married Pam.  A few weeks after the birth in 1960, Pam, taking Andrew with her, left Joe.  I asked her in 2006 why she had done so and she told me that she could not deal with the constant fights and being called names, like bitch and cunt, by Joe.  They never bothered getting a divorce until two years after he met me.  Neither had the money, and Joe, 20, left for California, ending up in San Francisco.

He stayed there a few years, working at Bank of California in the back office.  Though he was a convicted felon, in those days, unless you disclosed that you had been convicted, there really were no systems to check, especially if you were a whole country away from where you had committed the felony.

The reason he returned to New York was that he had a drunken driving accident that was uninsured.  They revoked his license so he couldn't drive, and with his prized white TR3 and a friend from NY, in about 1965, they headed back to NY, driving across country with no license.

They were stopped in Texas with Joe driving, and hauled before a judge.  Joe gave him the story, as he had me, that his shirt had blown out the car window and his license was in the pocket.  It’s funny how you suddenly remember these things.  I never questioned that story until just now, even having known that he had had his license revoked.  It never occurred to me that his tale of going before the judge because his shirt blew out the window was a lie to the judge and me.  I never realized that it couldn't have happened the way he said it did because they had taken his license away in California.

In 1968, he was back in San Francisco, newly minted New York driver’s license and all.  We met during the summer when I had agreed to go out on a date with one of Joe's friend.  On that first date, Bobby, the friend introduced me to Joe, and that was the beginning of our relationship.  It was all Hippies and antiwar protests back then.  Though I was not into the drug part of it, I was there to have fun and be young.

In the fall of 1968, November I think, Joe got a letter.  Pam had given birth to their second son, Timothy.  Up to this point, I knew nothing of Pam, Andy and now Timmy.

Just before I met Joe, Pam and he had made a try at reconciliation, with her and Andy traveling to San Francisco.  After only a week, and no change in Joe's behavior, she returned to NY pregnant, though she didn't know at the time.  Joe always claimed that Timmy was not his son, after all, "Everyone knows you can't get pregnant after f***king only three times".  He shunned his second son, though we picked Andrew up on weekends.  Joe told the courts he never saw Andrew after 1960.  I have pictures that prove otherwise.  And then, there is the lie about Andrew wanting to use our address that has been told to some as the reason for discontinuing contact with him.

In 1969, we were driving in San Mateo County, just south of San Francisco when we were pulled over because the license plate had fallen off the car.  The trooper asked for Joe's license.  The car was registered in California, but the license was issued in NY.  Realizing that he could get caught, he told the trooper he had left his wallet home.  The trooper asked him to walk out of earshot from the car where he questioned him, asking for his full name.  Joe told the officer he had no middle name, thinking without that, there would be a chance of them not being able to prove that it was he who had had his license taken away.  With Joe away from the car, the officer asked me Joe's name, including middle name.  When I told him, not knowing about Joe lying, the officer asked if there was anything in the car that could serve to show him who Joe was and I immediately reached in the glove compartment and pulled out Joe's checkbook that bore the inscription "Joseph H. Lakritz".  He was sentenced before in the Redwood City Court to 1 year in jail, with all but six weeks suspended and a $480 fine, a class A misdemeanor.  As soon as he was released from jail, he skipped probation and we returned to NY.  It was only when we were planning on moving back to California that I learned he was supposed to have seen a probation officer.

What does all of this have to do with MadDog and the notebook?  It lays out a pattern of lies, abuse and disregard for rules and the law.

Joe had been fired from Shearson just after having a change of management.  I believe the year was 1988.  His new boss was a woman.  Thinking that he should have been named the Head of Institutional Trading, and being of the Wall Street patriarchal mind, he began a campaign of undermining her.  Only six weeks into the campaign, he was fired.  Using contacts, he was able to secure a position on the Institutional Sales Desk at Mabon.

Going in, he promised Mabon business from his many contacts at institutions around the country, but he couldn't produce.  Each time he saw one of his "clients" post a trade with another firm, he seethed.  It was his reactions to these trades, the fact that he would yell, scream and slam things around, earned him the MadDog, bestowed on him by a fellow salesperson, Lori Fleischman.  She would try to help him, but his past was catching up to him, and one by one, he had lost his clients.  It was about six months after starting at Mabon that it was discovered that he had lied on his application and not told them about the jail time in California.  It wasn't long before he was out the door, living up to the title "MadDog", which he proudly bore.

The only way I have altered the notebook is to add the page numbers at the upper right hand corner of each page.  This was necessary in order to assure that all pages were scanned.

There is a new type of lie detector, a functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or fMRI. It is supposed to be 97% accurate, more than twice the accuracy of the old type of lie detectors and about the same rate of accuracy as DNA testing.  I have read that even the thought of telling a lie can be detected.  I am told that these tests cannot be fooled, and that is the true reason lawyers do not want them admitted to court as evidence.  Heck, think about it.  It would remove the realm of he said/she said and lawyers who specialize in defending real criminals would never win in court, making their practices obsolete.  I am willing to submit to one of these tests to prove that everything I am saying is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.  I will not only swear on the Bible, I will swear on science.  I would like to see if Joseph Lakritz would be willing to do the same.

When I first picked up the notebook in September, 2012, thumbing through it, I spotted a password for the FAA computer.  I immediately called the local FBI office, informing them of my find.  They told me it wasn’t important and told me to mail it to them.  Having experience with government agencies, I know the brush off when I hear it, and this was definitely one of those.  If it contained anything of value, it would immediately be destroyed.  If it didn’t, they would jam it in my FBI file and say I was an alarmist. Either way, if a person reports anything to the FBI, they are the ones who lose, as the bureaucracy of the agency is maintained to quash information, not bring it into the open.  The General Allen affair is a perfect example.  One only needs to follow what they have done to the agent that investigated the General.

A few months ago, on advice of a friendly law enforcement officer, I took the notebook to Homeland Security.  It ended up that the address he gave me was an office occupied only by the Border Patrol, but a man there took me to Coast Guard Security.   They took a look at the notebook, determined it contained the name and contact information of an Admiral and immediately contacted their superior in Portsmouth.  I waited a few days for her to contact me.  She said it had no bearing on the Coast Guard and therefore was not even interested in seeing it, nor did she advise me on whom to take it to.

It was only on January 5, 2013 that I went into an in depth look at the notebook, page by page.  I had contacted the group Anonymous.  They had me send them copies of it, but also told me to never speak of it again. I suspect that the person I contacted was someone who works for our government, as I had cautioned him about records of trades being destroyed in a few months, and all he sent me back was a smiley face.  This is why I am taking the extraordinary step to publish it myself on several sites.

Mains, and you will see this name repeated elsewhere in the notebook is Jeff Mains, President and CEO of Advanced Navigation & Positioning Corporation, Hood River OR.  They are the developers of landing, navigation and global positioning systems (GPS).  Their conversation seems to have centered on the problems with the guidance systems of the drones, musing if the problem of jitter, which I assume to be something akin to wobble of the aircraft caused by a faulty disc reader skipping as would happen when moving a disk player while listening to music. Mr. Mains mused that it might only be onetime occurrence.  I have to wonder if Mr. Mains realizes that he is giving information to a convicted felon.

The name Ellwood and the number at the bottom of the page is a home number in Canada.  It is for Wayne Ellwood, Chief, Research and Development, Canadian Coast Guard.  Why a home number?  Canada has announced that they want to buy drones from the US, but that was only formally announced on May 30th, 2012 and this notebook was written in 2008.  Why, in the developmental stage, would Joe be conversing with Mr. Ellwood?  Was information being given or taken?  Again, how did he get this contact?  When I called the number early in the morning, his wife answered.  I had obviously woke her up.

From the reference to Mt. St. Helens, I must assume that this is a continuation of the conversation with Mr. Mains, going further into the problems that had to be overcome with the guidance systems of the drones.  When I think of Mt. St. Helens, I think of explosions and things burning up.  Was this a reference to the destruction possible by the drones, or did it point to the navigation problem causing collateral damage? There is a mention of an image problem.  Is it a problem of the image of the US or a problem of the image the drones send back to the operator?  How many wedding parties have we blown up?

Much of this appears to be more discussion of how drones fail in certain conditions.

I couldn’t find a match for the Adobe number; therefore, it was either never on the web or was removed.

The 518 Fax number belongs to Empire East Aviation, Inc., 443 Queensbury Ave #101, Queensbury, NY

The 413 number is assigned to Barnish Landscaping & Mulch 342 East St South Hadley, MA. Joe lives in both Williamsburg VA and Boca Raton Fl, why a landscaper in South Hadley MA?  The only connection I could see from maps is Branish sits just outside the Westover Municipal Airport where there would be a clear view of aircraft coming and going.  More importantly, the entry is dated July 18, two weeks before the divorce where he claimed only $1,850 or so in income, clearly fraud.  This is substantiated later in the notebook and shows how he operates outside the law.

L-1 has the most advanced set of biometric solutions for capturing, managing and moving biometric data for accurate and rapid identification and tracking of persons of interest.  They were acquired by Safran (NYSE Euronext Paris: SAF) on July 26, 2011. They do security checks for government security clearances. Were they the ones who passed Joe for security clearance?  They are based in Paris.

This is where the fun begins.  I sent this page along with page 5 to 2 people and the entire notebook was viewed by a third.  The two people, both IT people, came back with the same conclusion; this was instructions to hack a cloud network.  I was told by one that that was as high as their pay grade went; the second told me it would no longer work, but the third had the most interesting reaction.  When I picked up the notebook from him, an avowed hacker, he was jumping with glee, saying that there appeared to be other references in the notebook to hacking and that it appeared that someone had been successful in hacking into a secure military network. I am not computer literate, but it was these pages that peaked my interest into the notebook having just read something about hacking.

The other thing is, the date on the top, Sept. 11.  Was there a hacking of computers by the 9-11 hijackers that the government has not made public?

The government likes to use random numbers for passwords.  What is Joe doing with the password to a secure computer and why the username that belongs in Alaska?

1007 W 3rd Avenue is also the address for Lt. Gov Mead Treadwell, the Lt. Gov of Alaska.  There are references using his name and phone numbers for him later in the book.  I was able to trace one of the numbers, the others being unlisted.  Treadwell was the LG under Sarah Palin.  It was under Palin that the entire scandal broke about State Troopers and divorce courts.

On an abbreviated search, I found no solid leads to the meaning of DEPPE.

An 80211 n is a wireless home router.  It could be referring to needing specific devices in order to have access to certain computer systems.

Max, our son has hacked my computer at least twice that I know of, leaving keystroke readers on it. Both times, they were detected because they interfered with the performance of the computer and I contacted the Internet carrier thinking it was the service.  On both occasions, he brought disks, one was labeled “Microsoft Office program” and insisted that he take it with him when he went back to his father’s.  Microsoft does not make Office programs on disks that do not bare their label.

This is where we actually start to encounter names of people in the military and government who were giving Joe information on the drones.

Major Jamie Sillence nor GS 15 Jimmy Colfsky showed no hits.  A GS 15 is the highest government pay grade making between $99,000 and $130,000 per year, but well below what can be made in private industry for someone of such high rank.  In private industry, he would be compared to the most Sr. VP of a company, making in the millions.

From his notes, Joe was privy to a test rocket proposal. Why would a former trader in Wall Street, one who now looks like he has taken up venture capital, be privy to information on testing of rockets before the test is even approved?

We also encounter the names of 3 people who work for NASA.  The note TPDO is wrong.  It is JPTO.  Yes, Joe does make errors, though he is loath to admitting them.  There are also the names of 3 people at NASA, Jay Merkle is a Chief Architect, Joint Planning and Development Office. The other 2 names could not be narrowed down.

Fred Kleibecker the CEO of AGC, a provider of Internet security.  He has since moved on to a new endeavor but still dealing in defense work.

ANPC is Advanced Navigational and Positioning Corporation out of Hood River Ore.

The most important thing on this page is at the very bottom.  The three names, Raven, Wasp and Scan Eagle.  Those are the names of the drones used here in Hampton Roads to train drone pilots.  This notebook is dated 2008 and it was only on Jan 3, 2013, this year, that the names of the drones were made public locally.  This notebook was written 4 ½ years ago, so how did Joe get the names ScanEagle, Wasp and Raven, the names of the drones that are used to train drone pilots.

Just from the few names I tracked, you can see how Joseph Lakritz was able to build a network of information providers.  Most were probably used for only small parts of information, not realizing he was getting information coming in from several sources.  The most disturbing part of this is, he was getting information from military personnel, not just contractors, and in some cases, using their cell phones, home phones and back lines that were most likely not monitored.

From here on, unless there is a reason for investigating a name, I will not be providing that information.  The task is just too copious. I will, however, point out things that I have already looked at.

I have come to realize that when Joe writes on the reverse side of a page, it is because it is information he wants to stand out so he can find it quickly.  This is one of those pages.

There are 2 things I can think of that these figures mean:

An end cost, or the cost to the taxpayer for a good or a service and the actual cost to produce, leaving a profit of almost double the actual cost to produce. It would be something akin to the $100 toilet seat.

Or, the 3.1 million is the cost to purchase a company.  If there are contracts directed towards the company by the US Military worth 9 million, there would be a 5.9 million immediate profit.

It is interesting that there is also the notation of 50-100 Socom-Centcom. It is located at MacDill AFB in   near Tampa FL.  So Com is the Southern Command and Cent Com is Central Command.  There are thousands of troops based at MacDill, so the number of 50 to 100 cannot be a reference to the number of people.  Nor can it be the number of drones based at MacDill, that number would be a solid number.  Is it the amount that is paid for something?  It would be to small for a military contract when there is a notation in the millions. These are the people that are investigating General Allen’s dalliances and who have gotten the FBI agent involved in uncovering the Allen mess suspended from normal duty. In plain language, you don’t screw with the military or with the brass.

ACG JOINT VENTURE WAS A RUSSIAN OWNED COMPANY until 2011, 3 years after this was written.  Why did Joe have connections to a Russian company when having security clearance, or at least acting as if he had, with the US Government?  This is the second foreign connection to him, and I know of at least one more mentioned in the notebook.

At this point, I should inform you that about the time this book was written, I received 4 or 5 emails from Israel.  Those emails were addressed to glakritz.  When I investigated them, I found that the Hebrew alphabet does not have a “J”.  “G” sounds like “J” and it is often used by Hebrew people as a substitute for “J”. Those emails confirmed a trip to Israel.  Joe, while working at City National Securities was in hot water a few times for trading in Israeli bonds.  Some of those bonds are of the bearer type, in other words, they can be cashed in by whoever presents them.  Joe also has family ties to Israel through an uncle who lived there.  Israel is also used as a Mecca for secret accounts and, I suppose, money laundering.

I have not been able to find out what the 5400 miles refers to.  I am of the mind that it is the distance from Washington DC to somewhere, perhaps air miles to another city. That would indicate that a drone is capable of striking a target 5400 miles from the East Coast. Or it can be the distance an operator can be from the drone in able to pilot it.

I don’t pretend to understand this page, but it does present a lot of questions.  Was Joe acting for himself, or as a front for others?

Wavefront is a physics term explained here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wavefront It refers to optics.  It has to do with the distortion of radio waves needed for transmission due to the curvature of the earth and the straight line of sound waves, as my limited brain can decipher it.  Being able to detect when and how one distorts the other and correcting for that distortion, is an important part of targeting an object, or person, with accuracy.   I know that government employed its own physicists to  study wavefront.

This is where we really start to see the problems with the guidance systems on drones.  Besides jitter, there are mentions of problems of visibility, or the pilot seeing the actual targets.  Testing of these drones is done here in Hampton Roads, not the thousands of miles away that another country can be. A data mark mistake seems to indicate an error in which the hard drive senses a read/write/verification and reallocates the data to another section of the hard drive.  I equate this to fragmentation of data when the home computer needs to be defragged.  This would result in the drone not responding quickly to data sent to it by the pilot. Split seconds can mean a missed target and collateral casualties. Boards eating cost can only mean one thing; the cost is affecting the bottom line.

Paul Meyer, Sector VP and General Manager Advanced Programs and Technology Division, Northrop Grumman.  Global Hawk, under his division is a spy drone.  The Block 20 design of the Global Hawk was being developed and tested when the notebook was written in 2008 and lasting until 2010. Miter, these contacts where important to information flow.  A think tank for development of advanced weapons and avionics, it is one of those "non-profits" that are set up by government entities to mask their true function.  They appear to be only a slight cover for the Department of Defense, funding projects by contractors for research and development.  In a perfect world, private industry is supposed to fund their own R&D, with the government purchasing it after it is fully operational. This organization appears to fly in the face of that credo.

This page is filled with contacts at the FAA, the Federal Aviation Administration.

When a drone flies, the FAA must be notified prior to flight so that the civilian aircraft can be cleared from the airspace.  As with all aircraft, a flight plan is filed in advance of flight.  Was Joe getting information on previous flights, or was he developing a contact to inform him when flight plans were filed?

At the bottom of the page there is an entry that Miter wanted to see the wavefront sensor, indicating that Joe had a prototype.  Joe was never a pilot, was extremely poor in science and so the prototype could not have been his invention.

At that point, Joe appears to get advice from a third party, telling him to sell it on any one of several angles.  I guess it worked because Miter agreed to leverage, or fund, the wavefront sensor.

900 Merrill Field Road is the address for Accord Technology in Anchorage, makers of navigation equipment and navigation programming.  This is the second connection to Mead Treadwell, Lt. Gov, Alaska, if only through location in Anchorage.

The ADS-b used in “400 planes in China” is their NexNav mini system.  I guess if it is good enough for their planes, it’s good enough for our drones.  I wonder if it is actually made in China.

The ground stations I would guess is the number of stations that are in China that can support the use of the NexNav, with 30 more stations coming on board.  I am guessing that the reference to Embry Riddle is the airport in Daytona Beach FL and that it along with the 2 others are airports that have the receivers for the NexNav.

This page appears to be test results. Of note is the final line “Headliner-Motion Mt. St. Helens”.  This is the second reference using Mt. St. Helens.  Either testing was done near Mt. St. Helens and motion was felt at the mountain, or the jitter in the guidance systems is being compared to the motion of the mountain when it erupted.  Without a reference to a specific media source, there is no way to tell if there was such a headline.

Also of some note is the fact that, due to gaps in government funding of weapons, the private sector must be relied on to do tests and report test results.  It can be compared to a drug maker testing his own drugs with no cross checks to see the results are valid.  How many bad drugs have there been?

This is the page that states the drones have a National Security Capability.  National means within the borders of the United States.  Was use in the US an added benefit, or was the use in war a cover up for the development of the drones?

In 2007, I had found a link to Stormy Time Sailing and Joseph, but I could never figure it out.  Now, it appears again in 2008.  Was this used as a cover for the wining and dining of military personnel so that they would not have to declare a “gift” from a contractor?  It certainly wouldn’t be the first time this tactic was used.  He states that the bill payers were members of the Global Navigation Satellite Systems providers group, not Stormy Time Sailing.
