Recently, I have started drinking coffee. I am addicted to the caffeine in soda pop's and have been slowly trying to wean myself off. Except for special occasions. I went from drinking 6 cans of Dr.Pepper a day down to drinking clear soda with no caffeine, no sugar. I started getting sever headaches that put me in bed for a week at a time.
Somebody suggested coffee. My boyfriend has been trying to get me to drink coffee since we first met. I started drinking coffee.
I do add milk and a teaspoon of sugar. (I am out of creamer, I got to try it once before my 21 yr. old used it all up, ugh!) My 21 year old said he doesn't like my coffee because it doesn't have enough sugar. My boyfriend says mine is to sweet As he takes his black. Now mine you when it gets made in the coffee pot. I have to put three tablespoons of dark roasted coffee in the filter. So, it is strong.
Since, I have started drinking coffee my energy level is up, my headaches are almost none and my constipation is cleared up. I am back down in to my size 10 jeans and my 14's fall off me. I hoping eventually to cut out the sugar and the milk. To learn to love the taste of coffee to go with the benefits I am experiencing.
Yeah, me! I feel so happy and not like a big blob with a sore tummy anymore!! Coffee does have it's benefits.
Do you drink coffee? If so, how do you like coffee served? Do you get benefits from drinking coffee to?

I drink many, many, MANY cups of coffee a day, in LARGE cups. 3 spoons of sugar, and one spoon of creamer.
But, I married a man who loves his coffee, so I started drinking a teeny bit with him in the mornings... now I am up to a cup a day. I add a little bit of milk and a teaspoon of sugar.
