Less than a year after the release of his second studio album, Adam Lambert is already beginning to talk about work on his third. Based on tweets over the last few days, it sounds as though once Adam wraps up his international Trespassing concerts he is moving on to new music. Yesterday he tweeted, "Glamberts!
I have so many ideas for my third studio album!!! So excited to start creating new recordings for you all! 2013 is gonna rock!!" He further stated, "We have evolved together with For Your Entertainment and Trespassing.... #3 will be a brand new exploration! :)"
Despite debuting at number one on the Billboard album chart and the many accolades it received, the songs on Trespassing received little radio play in the United States. This may be the reason it seems he is not doing a domestic Trespassing tour. However, he did several one-off concerts last year, providing many fans the opportunity to hear these songs live.
Adam will be performing next in Seoul, South Korea at the AX-Korea Hall/UNIQLO AX, on February 17, followed by concerts throughout Asia and Eastern Europe. The last show is March 22, after which one can assume he will begin working on the next album.
Are you excited to see what Adam's third studio album will bring?
