So, I'm going to be helping out with something that will require a large quantity of cookies to get baked. Now, after my cookie swap, I'm not really feeling too worried about that! I know I can crank out the cookies fast.
However, I do want to maybe experiment with some different types of cookies. So, I'm curious-- what would you bake? Alternatively, in a convention setting where maybe you're waiting on line a lot, what sort of cookie would you like to make?
Keep in mind the following:
- The cookies must be sturdy enough to not break while being transported and moved.
- Similarly, the cookies need to keep well for a few days! They will likely be made two days prior to being eaten.
- They shouldn't be too complicated to make, since there need to be a lot of them!
- They shouldn't have a lot of icing or things that are going to make them stick to others. They will likely be saran-wrapped or in baggies.
I'm actually thinking that I might do mini-muffins or something like that, if it's allowable. We shall see!
So, what would you make? Any recipes that fit the bill?

You'll love it!
And will do!
I got a really neat idea for a kick-ass promotion, when I get there. I'm ordering new business cards with Canadian flags on them, but with tiny envelopes. When I have to tip a doorman for hailing a cab, or someone at a restaurant, I'm going to slip the tip in an envelope with a card, and give it to them. :) I might as well get a little business, if I have to be passing tips around. :) What do you think?
I recommend no-bakes, peanut butter, gingersnaps, chocolate chip or biscotti
