thwe everyone is special ...Jan 10/13

I love my fellow gatherites for very different reasons. Some of you I pick on mercilessly-Greg, Len and Pam come to mind.

Doug our quiet poet and Kevin the introspective philosopher will inspire me to great bits of poecy and deep thinking.

Andrea however has stood out this year as a multi tasker as she prayed to the porcelain gods throughout her pregnancy as well as putting out a great series and standing by hubby with his surgical issues. All I can say is WOW! Could I do all that and retain my sanity then go on to deliver a bundle of joy at years end? No I am not testing that theory! I commend Andrea for hanging in there and doing what she does.

Thanks to John Beck for stepping up to the plate and filling her shoes while she is off enjoying her daughter.

Thanks to all and Connie for poking her head in to GWE to see what we are all up to.

Keep giving me great topics and challenges. Make me laugh and be fodder for fun writing and I will try to deliver. Gather is a special place with you in it.

Karen I thank you for your wonderful tribute to very special people (the Kevin you are referring to must be another Kevin right? If I am the Kevin I am not sure that I have ever thought of myself as a philosopher before but it is an interesting perspective). Your post is a good one written by a great lady and i thank you for responding to Thursday's prompt so well. You very much met the Challenge and then some!

I have the greatest fun with you as my victim, Len as the marplot and poor Greg gets it every time about the darned cat box. I would never be malicious about any of you.
