I just Realized Something

When I get up on weekdays the first things I usually do are go to the bathroom and then make lunches for everyone, then I usually have about 20 to 25 minutes to kill before I drive my two older kids to school.  So I usually spend that time on Twitter.  I like to take good care of my Twitter friends because most of them take care of me.  So I go and I click on their stuff and I retweet their stuff.  I may not have a whole lot of time to do a lot of this but I try and get some in every morning, if someone has happened to post something around this time I will likely click on it and retweet it.

This morning there were a few Gather members on my Twitter feed, so I clicked on their stuff, commented here on Gather for the stuff that they posted and then retweeted their Tweets.  Then I realized that it took me less time to click on their Tweets to get to their content here, and comment then it is to click on their content here on Gather.  When ever I am going through my Gather feed it always takes several seconds and sometimes up to a minute to get to people's content, so I don't get through as much as I would like to in a day.  I only have small patches of time to dedicate to all of the things I do online, and it saddens me that it takes so long to get to people's Gather content, and I know I am missing a lot of good stuff.

So that is just an observation I made today.
