Yes I am definately late in this but I finally got a little bit of a break financially so I got my mother in law and grandmother in law's presents boxed up ready to ship tomorrow. I told them that it would be late because of financials. My hubby got laid off just before Christmas and it caused a bit of a strain. But tomorrow they will have thier presents.

And that's why I wanted to get them up. They always are so understanding I feel guilty sometimes.

Very true. We aren't sending his sister's kids anything though. Just his mom, grandmother and uncles oh yeah and his little cousin

my husband was laid off just before Christmas too, thankfully we had most of our shopping done. We might not have had stockings this year but we still were blessed with nice gifts and a wonderful day of family.

Our shopping was done too and it was the best Christmas we have had in years. I'm glad they hadn't done it sooner

We had a really good Christmas too we had all but the stocking done before the layoff, not that I wouldn't have gotten more because I would have, but what we had was enough.

I still got a little after he got laid off but it was things that if you could have seen my parents faces OMG lol. It was worth every penny we spent and even though mom was sick she was so happy and excited
