A Wiffle Ball Transform

Start with a wiffle ball, alias a "future sphere" in my fractal generator.

Set the wiffle ball iteration, flatten them out and add some long thin cylinders squnched together to form some "mountains." Then fiddle around with some parameters and render the whole object.

And finally, fiddle around with the colors and such, zoom and crop to the central attraction, add my initials and the date, and,...

Okay, there was actually a tad more to it than that, but a magician never reveals ALL his secrets.

Thank you so much, Carol! I'm honored. I'd love to have some on my wall too, but they can be expensive to print and mount for anything of a decent size. One of these days though, I'm going to have to break down and do it anyway. :-)
