Should jodi arias get the death Penalty

This woman did the unthinkable she slayed her x boyfirend for wanting to take someone other girl to cancoon. She stalked him on several occasions and harassed the pople he was with. She even slashed his tires on a couple of occasions. She brutally  slayed her x by cutting his throat ear to ear and stabbing him 28 times and then shooting him in the head. This is awful what kind of person does this and then claims self defense. This woman is clearly a threat to society and has some mental issues. I think she would get the death penalty. She did a terrible thing and did not even call authoritis. She even dragged his body to the shower where he lay for his roomates and friends to find him. This is so sad. This mans life was taken away and I really think this woman should get the death penalty. That poor man suffered before he died. How awful!

Let's assume that the trial goes as planned. Let's say that the jury comes back with a guilty verdict and there are victim impact statements. Let's say that the jury, who just convicted her, sentences her to death.

It will probably be years before she even sees death row. The average wait time for a person on death row from the time of the trial to conviction to sentence to carrying out the sentence is 11 years and there are exceptions. For example, if a sentence of death is changed to life, the only way that person can be re-sentenced to death is if they kill while in prison. This trial doesn't have all the sizzle and pop of that trial in Florida in 2011 (the person's intials are CA) but this one should be interesting.

Revenge can be harsh and taken the very wrong way - having said that it would be interesting to know the case of why he was being stalked in the first place..what makes him different and stand-out among others in order for her to get this act stuck in her mind..however sick it is, it is an awful ending and I have to agree again..the punishment she gets is the one she deserved.
