Will Chris Brown and Rihanna perform together at the Grammy Awards in February? Breezy really wants this to happen, even though he knows a lot of folks might not like the idea.
According to a report from RadarOnline, it seems the Don't Wake Me Up singer feels the Grammy Awards is the perfect venue in which to announce to the world that he and Rihanna are really back together again.
"Chris doesn't care what the haters say, and wants to give the viewers an over the top performance with Rihanna," a source says. "He wants the fans to know this is the real deal, and he is a changed man. If Rihanna can forgive him, the rest of the world should move on from what happened four years ago."
The Grammy Awards producers are reportedly taking this under consideration. It may still be a long shot, but isn't something that's been ruled out yet. They no doubt realize it could bring in huge numbers of viewers for the annual show.
"It's an extremely delicate situation and there is concern about the backlash the performance could receive. But it could also be ratings gold," an insider for the awards show says.
How do you think audiences would take to a performance by the Diamonds singer and Chris Brown? Would it be too reminiscent of his assault on Rihanna or a symbol of forgiveness and renewed love? Do you think the Grammy Awards producers will let this performance take place?
And where does this leave Karrueche Tran? Breezy has reportedly seen her since he and Ri went public as a couple. Will she sit a few rows behind them at the Grammys?
The 55th Annual Grammy Awards will air live from Los Angeles on Sunday February 10th, whether or not a performance featuring both Rihanna and Breezy is on the schedule or not.
