I agree Col. George except anyone who thinks Obama is a "typical politician" should have by now learned that he is quite an exceptional one for the sheer amount of Big Lies he tells deliberately to mislead. He is able to get away with it because the media is almost totally in the tank for him and covers his devious butt at every trurn.

I think on the whole we had a President who meant what he said most of the time as recently as January 2009. Bush may have been devious on the Patriot Act and a few other important things, but I think he at least shared some of Americans' basic political, economic, social and moral values. Obama does not, which is why we are all have been so active over the past four years!

And the massive accumulation of ammunition in August 2012 by seemingly innocuous government depts, reportedly at the time:

~ The Dept. of Homeland Security ordered 450 Million Rounds of hollow point Ammunition That's more than one bullet for every single person in the United States.
~ The Social Security Administration ordered 174,000 hollow points.
~ The NOAA (National Weather Services, for crying out loud) ordered over 1-billion with a "b" rounds of hollow point ammunition
~ The Water Dept ordered 17 million hollow point bullets too.
~ the SEC ordered 148 million hollow point bullets,
~ the FAA ordered 262 million bullets and
~ the FCC ordered 175 million bullets.
~ The Dept of Labor ordered 277 million bullets,
~ the Dept of Energy ordered 254 million bullets and the
~ the Dept of Museums ordered 198 million bullets. The Dept. of Museums??

Fren I wonder if the Dept, of Musems is expecting a Zombie-like uprising of mummies held in the Egyptian section of the Smithsonian. Sure that would explain that. It would be comical to consider the excuses. So far I've only seen a couple of the depts. referred to in the LSM, which routinely has amusedly dismissed any concerns as paranoid.

Best hope is in the sheer enormity of the task facing any disarmament authority. The O Squad would not have enough lackey armed enforcers to do the number of home invasions and assaults necessary to effectively disarm the population. If and when they did start there would be a public outcry over the incidents in which relatives, friends and neighbors including women and children would be killed defending their right to defend themselves. They have a reported 70 million gun owners to deal with and probably 100-200 million guns to collect and securely store or destroy.

So there would be some sort of buyback - cash for clunker guns, like the local police have been doing under the guise of "getting guns off the street." There would be threats of imprisonment and/or heavy fines for noncompliance. Eventually they would declare victory even though there would be xx number of actual banned firearms left in private hands.

I am thinking the actual new gun control legislation which passes will not be too onerous, and will be mostly evadable by those determined not to cooperate. But this is an unprecedentedly lawless administration, and they certainly think they are much cleverer than most Americans at finding a way to get their way, especially when their contempt for the Constitution allows them to ignore it.

Are you aware that Democrat Congressman Jose Serrano of New York had the audicity to propose an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would do away with presidential term limits? He introduced the House Joint Resolution 5 (HJR5) entitled: “Proposing an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.”

Serrano introduced the same bill in 2003, when Bill Clinton would have been the obvious beneficiary. He , However was not interested in doing away with term limits while GW Bush was president. This is a move to make Obama a dictator. It was tried with Clinton but failed so now the left is trying it again. Sen Harry Reid tried To do away with the 22nd amendment also in 1989.

In recent months two proposals have been introduced to the House of Representatives to amend the Consitution of the United States and repeal the 22nd amendment. The 22nd amendment was put place to limit the number of times a president could be in office to two terms.

The writing has been on the wall for along time. The globalists want to get total control of every nation on earth by putting their puppets in permanent position to do their bidding.
