In my post, Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, I shared pictures of foods I samples for lunch the first day I was at the festival.

Germany - Schinken Nudel (Pasta Gratin with Ham and Cheese)
Scandinavia - Swedish Meatballs with Lingonberries
Caribbean - Ropa Vieja with Cilantro Rice
Desserts and Champagne – Dessert Trio (Yogurt Panna Cotta with Orange Cake, Raspberries and Pomegranate, Lemon Custard Verrine with Blueberry Compote and Dark Chocolate Mousse with Chili and Salted Caramel). My favorite was the lemon custard.
I didn't have as much for lunch as I had a pretty big breakfast, plus this was the day I was seeing the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue so I didn't want to fill up too much.
