Attorney Suggests Kim Kardashian Give Kris Humphries an Annulment

A family attorney feels that Kim Kardashian should grant Kris Humphries the annulment he has wanted all along, for the sake of her and Kanye West's unborn baby.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star now has a choice to make—worry about what people think or put her child first.

Celebrity family attorney Raoul Felder says it is in fact presumed by law that Kris Humphries is this baby's father. A New York City celebrity divorce attorney—Vikki Ziegler—suggests Kanye and Kim arrange for Kanye to take a paternity test ASAP and to also file a petition for paternity so Kanye's name can be on the baby's birth certificate if Kim and Kris are still legally married when the baby is born.

Granting Kris Humphries an anulment will also mean Kim can avoid a very public divorce trial in the final weeks of her pregnancy. This wouldn't be good for either her or the baby. If she gives in to an anulment, she won't look like someone who has given in to her ex-husband's demands, but rather someone interested in only doing what is best for her child.
