Flu shots have become mandatory in most health care facilities now that the flu is so rampant and deadly this year. However, some employees may feel that they should not be forced to get one, even if it protects their patients from getting the flu. According to ABC News, eight nurses in an Indiana hospital have been fired for refusing to be vaccinated.
Indiana University Goshen Hospital imposed a mandatory call for all of their employees to receive the vaccine in order to slow the spread of the flu. With the 
influenza coming early this year, concerns for the health and safety among those people that are already sick and vulnerable have taken preference. Indiana has now become on the high list of the flu activity level.
61-year-old Ethel Hoover, one of the fired nurses, had been with the hospital for 21 years and worked in the critical care unit. Her last day of employment was December 21 in which she dressed herself in all black to represent her mourning of the job she loved so much. "This is my body. I have a right to refuse the flu vaccine," she told ABC. "For 21 years, I have religiously not taken the flu vaccine, and now you're telling me that I believe in it." She had already filed two medical exemptions, a religious exemption and two appeals in order to keep her job. However, they were all denied and she was let go.
A hospital spokesperson said that the well being of their patients is the top priority, which is why the flu shot is a requirement. Hoover's attorney, Alan Phillips, stated that the nurse had every right to refuse to be vaccinated under the act that prohibits religious discrimination of employees. He said, "If your personal beliefs are religious in nature, then they are a protected belief." Physicians on the other hand believe that the patient comes first to protect from any further health complications.
This controversy continues to be much debatable. This Indiana hospital is certainly not the only health care facility to let go of their employees that refuses to comply to this mandate.

BIG PHARMA TO BEGIN MICROCHIPPING DRUGS
The age of pharmaceutical micro-chipping is now upon us. Novartis AG, one of the largest drug companies in the world, has announced a plan to begin embedding microchips in medications to create “smart pill” technology.

You'd be surprised to find how many poisonous substances are present in foods in trace amounts. I don't mean processed foods. I mean stuff that's grown/raised organically. Mercury, arsenic, and many other substances are in soil everywhere.

When she became pregnant, doctors were purportedly concerned that her medications could harm the unborn child. So they recommended an abortion.
The problem is, Moe is a Catholic, who has expressed vocal opposition to abortion.
Since Moe planned to keep her baby, her parents, in conjunction with the doctors, filed a petition with the local courts, which would give them the power to force her to get an abortion.

im not here to see who can get the best info or not, you do what you want and if you prefer the poison go for it when you have nurses who know better and are conned because they know medical drs tell them this or that. that's going to be all of your problems not ours. When I was a boy, I remember people referring to nurses as being Earthly Angels. In today's society, nurses are referred to as healthcare employees, but for me, they are still Angels.

So long as forcing somebody to to be vaccinated could lead to that person suffering permanent harm it is a human rights violation under the Geneva Convention (which the USA is party to - a monstrous inconvenience for the current administration and it's supporters, I'm sure)
Given that immunization has been around for something like 200 years there's some evidence that it can work. There was no Big Pharma when Jenner started vaccinating people with cowpox.
If you assume that immunization works, it follows that refusing to be immunized is a threat to society as a whole.
It's just a name, Nippy . . a name for stuff injected into people for the ostensible purpose of bolstering their resistance to this or that disease. That one works, does not mean all of them work. That's just magical thinking, and it don't work for beans in medicine, which as a general class (named medicine) might "work" just fine much of the time, but still the "official" leading cause of homicide in this country after tobacco use, is medical error (about 200,000 people a year, many times the number of plain old murders).
Names don't actually make things safe or effective, and believing that naming some garbage that is mixed together with the idea that the body will magically be made resistant to whatever crap is in the mixture, because it is named a "vaccine", is pretty silly to me.
It's a form of sympathetic magic as far as I can tell, as is trusting "the authorities" because they are named "American" authorities . . or "government" authorities. Statistically speaking, governmental authorities are by far the leading general class of murderers, having murdered well over two hundred million people in cold blood, just during the last century according to several studies I am aware of.
In America we don't force anyone to accept preventive vaccinations against their wishes. However, those in authority have the responsibility to protect the public at large, against any health issue and/or potential epidemic. Therefore, those who refuse to be immunized as a precaution to contracting and possible spreading of a virus, are dealt with in various ways. Such as the nurse, being the subject of this article, who was fired from employment after choosing not to be immunized. Others, such as those who are known to be HIV positive are required to inform their sex partners that they are infected with the virus or face being arrested and imprisoned if they pass the virus on to another person. Those who are carriers of the virus of the once dreaded and epidemic diease, turberculosis, are lawfully required by the local health departments to take medication to keep their virus from infecting others.
It is recorded history, that ever since man began to congregate into groups of people, the welfare and preservation of the group has always over ridden the wants and needs of the single or the few. On that long established principle, it is irresponsible for an educated person to refuse immunization against viruses and diseases. I say this, since that is counter to established health laws concerning the welfare of the community. Health precautions which have been recognized by all civilized societies since the black plague virus rampaged across Europe.
Inasmuch, as immunization has proven to prevent outbreaks and epidemics of various dieases and associated deaths among the populace, the act of immunization must be the standard prevention method for the welfare the public in general and the community as a whole. However, since there are those, who, for religious and/or personal reasons invoke their Constitutional right of freedom to choose, we must respect their invoked rights. But in doing so, we also inact and enforce fair and adequate laws to protect the whole of the public.
