Free if You Want

I was given several sheets of 'To and From' Christmas stickers. You know, the kind that you stick on a gift that besides a to and from also includes a nice picture of something to indicate it's a Christmas tag? I had so many from last year and this year that I threw some of them away. Then before I threw away the rest I thought wait, a lot of people on Gather are really really frugal. Maybe some of them would want these sheets of stickers for next Christmas, even if they have to hang on to them for a year. It would save a bit of money. So, would any of you like me to send them to you? If more than one person would like them I will split the amount and make sure everyone gets some. Anyone interested?

Have you heard of Freecycle? It's a national organization with chapters all over the country where people go to give away things they don't want anymore like old clothes or furniture. Sometimes even broken things that others might want for scrap or if they think they can tinker with it. There's probably one in your area you could offer up these gift tags and any other unwanted items and the people are closer so you don't have to ship them. A lot of times they'll come right to you to pick things up if they want them. The website is Freecycle.org

I picked up a few packs on clerance but Connie did ask first send them to her.

We bought a bunch this year, because the ones from last year were misplaced. And then my sister bought 100, even though she only had one gift each for my husband, the dogs, cat, and me, and then probably about 5 or 6 for Elliott. Then of course, we found the ones from last year, too. lol I'm probably set for next year, even though we go through over 100 every year, by the time it's all said and done (Elliott's spoiled rotten, and I wrap everything individually, plus I end up wrapping almost everything from the extended family as well).

Thats such a sweet offer, however I don't know of anyone who doesn't have far too many. Mostly people who like to give to charities, they seem to be the ones that'll send them to anyone for free.
