What the heck is going on with Gather???

My comments are disappearing and most of emails are saying that post are unavailable. Any one else experiencing this. It's happening both on groups and on personal post.

Sometimes I find that if this happens it gets fixed if I just refresh the page or re-click the link I followed to get to the post.

It's been happening to me. I tried refreshing twice after the comments disappeared, but no dice.

What worries me is that I was doing some comments for groups and until the comments started disappearing I didn't know there was a problem. Hope they comments stayed put.

They made an announcement that they were going to be working on the site. We will experience some glitches as a result but they should eventually work out.

Same thing happening here. Gather seems even slower than usual. I've got tons of emails to go through and Gather is not letting me do it.
Several times today, when I've tried to post or get a peek at someone else's posts the little thing at the top goes around and around and around and around....then I get a message that says, "Gather.com is not responding" at the bottom of my page, but I think that's different than what you're getting.

It was happening to me this morning as well. It said I wasn't authorized to view my own post! I got mad and eventually went and ran a bunch of errands and it looks like it fixed itself in my absence. Hope it's working for you again as well.

I noticed that on comments. Most of the time when I refresh the page my comment appears. Last night it didn't always work.
