I started counting steps again yesterday. The 8,000-10,000 steps a day is the same goal as last year. Eight thousand steps a day adds to around 1,500 miles. I’m sure I did it last year, but I didn’t keep up with recording my steps. I’ll do better this year.
My count for yesterday is low. There was the Rose Bowl Parade in the morning and football all afternoon. My final tally for the day was 7,198.
I’ll do better today.
