'50 Shades of Grey' Movie: Amanda Seyfried and Eddie Redmayne as Ana and Christian?

Some 50 Shades of Grey movie casting watchers wouldn't mind seeing certain onscreen couples team up again to play Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey—The Vampire Diaries costars Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder are popular picks, as are White Collar hotties Matt Bomer and Alexandra Daddario. But would fans also embrace Les Miserables costars Amanda Seyfried and Eddie Redmayne as Ana and Christian?

Mstarz seems to think so. The site declares of the pair, "The duo's onscreen chemistry is so raw and heartfelt that many critics are already claiming that Les Mis is worthy of several Oscar bids."

Amanda certainly would have no problem portraying Anastasia since she's so experienced when it comes to working on movies loaded with sex. She had to shoot a lot of racy nude scenes when she played a prostitute in the movie Chloe, and she'll play an adult movie actress in the upcoming biopic Lovelace. But while the characters she has played are nothing like the sexually-clueless Anastasia Steele that fans meet at the beginning of 50 Shades of Grey, she did prove that she can be a little more innocent in Les Miserables.

Amanda Seyfried also has big eyes just like Ana, and it would be easy enough to change her hair color. But what about Eddie Redmayne?

He and Amanda might make a cute couple in Les Mis, but Eddie looks way too soft and boyish to play a commanding character like Christian Grey. He has said that he's interested in the role, but perhaps he'd be a better option for a supporting character like Paul Clayton, another of Ana's countless admirers.
