Angels Are Moving

 

On this night, I am preoccupied with emotions that move endlessly within me.  Thoughts fill my mind, and my heart is consumed with the blessing of understanding and believing what this time means to so many of us.  A sense of peace is present that allows a true understanding as to who we are, and why we are here.  I have mental images of so long ago, when a child was born, and it creates a wave of appreciation for the very foundation of all that is, and will be.  With my thoughts, time appears to stand still as I think of how empty I would be without the glorious peace, resilience, and comfort that fills me on this night because of my faith.  On this night, the angels are indeed moving; the spirit of all that is good and pure is in the air.

 

I wish to take this time to tell everyone with Gather who has crossed my path with my time on this site, how very grateful that I am to have grown to know you.  I have accumulated many acquaintances over the last few years, and some have become very dear friends.  May this night bring you the same sense of purpose and resolve as it has with me.  I wish all of you a Merry Christmas.  God, bless you all…Vic
