Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is trying to sue a blogger who revealed that she allegedly lied about owning a large home in Atlanta. After the blogger posted a scan of a check proving that Moore was only renting the
house, the reality star threatened legal action.
The lawsuit in question reveals that Moore believes she can sue the blogger for invasion of privacy, bank fraud, as well as a separate civil suit, and she said the first two will mandate jail time. Reality Tea reports that this is not possible, because Georgia law stipulates that you can't get in trouble for publishing the truth if obtained from government records. Moore just seems to be angry that her lies keep coming back to bite her.
The former Miss USA seems to enjoy digging her own graves. When she began appearing on the show, she had a boyfriend named Walter Jackson. That man has since came out and said he was only posing as her boyfriend after she asked him to. She slammed him after revealing this fact by saying he was lying and that he might be gay.
Once again, this is a case of a member of this television dynasty who seems to be painting a picture of their lives that might not be true. There have now been a number of cases where the divas on these shows seem to be acting for the cameras and Moore just happens to be one that is getting caught. She just needs to play fair and be a little more discreet with her stories in the future.
Whether Kenya Moore is a target of really bad luck, or the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is a liar, this is just more publicity for another diva starving for attention. There is no such thing as bad publicity in the reality TV world.
