I saw that, way out of line in my eyes, especially since they didn't find anything in the car first or actions to warrant that behavior really. In fact there are tons of videos of similar out there and growing. I sense more and more a developing form of militarism to police forces/agencies around the country, both in attitude and equipment. It's like everybody is presumed guilty first anymore...

Get off the back of that Texas Trooper, he's a Marine veteran, a registered Republican and gun owner too, just doing his job. The right wing and Tea Party types are always attacking a true patriotic American. That Texas Trooper is on the front lines preventing terrorism to occur on the streets of America. Big Mama and Renee you both should just submit as a patriotic duty and a American citizen to body cavity searches or be deem as un-American. Ya think? I'm afraid this type of stuff is going to be happening a lot. You see how the TSA has done it. at first people rightfully protested and now they just gave up fighting these violations of our bodies. The police will eventually make this as common place as the TSA has.

...unless and until these officers are held personally responsible for these lawsuits, it will continue, and they will go unhindered in this type of behavior. Why should we, the public, be held responsible for their misdeeds? I say, give the victims their revenge and allow them to perform the same humiliating treatment on those officers who are responsible.

The officer searched the anus, then the vaginal cavity WITH THE SAME GLOVE!!!! That transfers bacteria to the vaginal cavity!

Any police officer who tries that with me will have to violently restrain me first; NOT HAPPENING!!!

I would even defy a court order! Even when I tried to submit to a palpitation examination of me prostate, the doctor,finger could not go up; I was so tense, I nearly dislocated his finger. Tried to let a female nurse do it; didn't happen. Tried a very cute female doctor; didn't happen. My body strictly enforces the "One Way Only" restriction. I can't override it.
