Christina Aguilera's "Your Body" Video Wins Fuse's #1 Video Of 2012

Christina wins it all!

 

In their video countdown Fuse pitted the top 40 music videos or 2012 against each other in head-to-head polls with the winners advancing to the next rounds. After 6 rounds of voting and over 103 million votes cast, the fans crowned Christina Aguilera's “Your Body” the #1 video of 2012! Christina was happy she won and tweeted:

"Your body", the first single from her new album Lotus, premiered on September 28, 2012. The video shows Aguilera killing men after seducing them. Despite the killing act, she omitted the violence by having blue paint and pink confetti instead of blood to make it less gruesome. The video also features several pop-cultural references, some of them pertaining to Aguilera.

Showing her playful side, with a tongue in cheek sense of humor she parlayed all the jabs, & gossip that had been thrown her way the past few years and spliced it in with different scenes in the video. Your Body" debuted at number ten on the Billboard Hot Digital Songs chart, and reached # 1 on the Billboard hot dance club chart. So as per poupular demand & acording to Fuse, here is the number one video of 2012, Your Body, by Christina Aguilera
