Rajon Rondo could get suspended 10 games. The Boston Celtics point guard is facing a stiff suspension from the league after what took place in a game against the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night (Nov. 28). Some analysts are stating it could be for as many as 10 games.
This wouldn't be the first time that Rondo has been suspended, and this latest on-court fight with Kris Humphries could be seen as the latest in a long line of aggressions. His past could work against him, and Rondo could see a much stiffer punishment than anyone else involved in this brawl.

For those fans that didn't hear about what happened, Celtics power forward Kevin Garnett went up for a shot and was fouled by Humphries across the shoulder. Garnett went to the ground and Rondo came to his defense, shoving Humphries around the neck area and by some accounts throwing a punch. The raucous moved into the bottom of the stands behind the basket and caused quite a bit of chaos.
Humphries, Rondo, and Gerald Wallace all got ejected, but the league hasn't yet handed out its fines or suspensions. They are certainly coming, though, and it isn't going to be a simple slap on the wrist for this brawl. Now the only question becomes how many games Rondo will miss and whether the Celtics can survive without him.
Do you think the Rajon Rondo suspension should be for 10 games? Should all the players involved in this altercation get suspended?
