"Dallas" actor Larry Hagman is dead at 81. Larry Hagman died of complication from cancer, and he died in his beloved Dallas. Hagman who played the evil J.R. Ewing in the longtime hit, "Dallas" and "I Dream of Jeannie" will be missed.
Recently, a poor version of "Dallas" was remade and Hagman looked worn. It is so sad to lose another television icon. Hagman was a heavy drinker and he had some health problems due to his alcholism. He will be remembered and loved as the characters he played.
As we lose Larry Hagman, who died on Friday, I must say, I really loved this man. He was an advocate for organ transplants and although, he played a ruthless character as J.R. Ewing, he also played the lovable astronaught, Captain Nelson.
