Thank you for sharing this with us Gerald.
This is NOW FEATURED in PUTTING THE PIECES TOGETHER ~
"...I was talking aloud to myself. A habit of the old: they choose the wisest person present to speak to; the long explanations need by the young are wearying." - Gandalf the Gray
("We were struck by the eloquence which has no judgment.")
~ Cicero

(Navajo, perhaps? It's been done, but if you only want to exclude the unwashed masses, it should still work.)
Gerald, I too was born in the Navy: North Island Naval Hospital (Family Medical Center), Coronado CA. Coronado is almost Mexico.
Almost Mexican is, sadly, not enough to win the presidency, as the losing candidate has explained. If only he had been born in Mexico!

Last I heard (and that was a long time ago), Melton was still recording occasionally, but spending most of his time as an environmental lawyer in the Tahoe area.
