As a Mormon, Romney was trained, taught, and educated to serve others - it's part of his nature and that of his family.
Even with a puny tornado like Joplin had, it took time to get the electricity restored. Have none of you considered the massive scope of this disaster? Have you thought about the sheer logistics of getting help and supplies all up and down the entire eastern seaboard? There's plenty of gas there but it takes electricity to pump it. The Air Force did bring in tankers to provide fuel for the emergency workers.
Is there nothing at all you won't use to rip on our government? Can't you find even one tiny little thing you approve of?

Romney did MORE than either man, and it was there sooner than the Red Cross! Photo-op DENIED by Romney...
Obama has squat to do with the marathon but you're ripping him anyhow. Bloomberg may be displaying poor judgement in holding it but I seriously doubt he's diverting critical supplies. Gotta feeling that massive generators would not help the suffering in their homes but would be helpful in hospitals. Now a regular generator would be of help and it's my understanding that they are being diverted to the disaster area.
Your standards are seriously skewed if you think one bus load of food is more than what FEMA and the military and the Red Cross are providing.
IF he cut the red tape, people would not be begging for help! BEGGING! no food, no gas for generators to keep them warm, no water or ability to flush toilets, and on and on...
And yet again, defend the indefensible, regardless if it's Obama or Bloomburg. You doubt this and you doubt that, I doubt you are thinking at all.
