Donald Trump is definitely Team Robert Pattinson; he dislikes Kristen Stewart almost as much as President Barack Obama! The high-profile, outspoken business mogul has definitively fired Stewart from her status as Pattinson's girlfriend after her cheating scandal with Rupert Sanders, and he thinks the British heart-throb actor should certainly do the same.
After blatantly tweeting that Pattinson should not take Stewart back because she "cheated on him like a dog," Trump later added, "Robert I'm getting a lot of heat for saying you should dump Kristen-but I'm right. If you saw the Miss Universe girls you would reconsider."
Trump's a smart man. Not only did he offer a new girlfriend solution for Robert Pattinson, he also got a plug in for his pageants. But Pattinson doesn't really seem to be the Miss Universe type. He goes for the tomboy, grungy-chic, baseball-cap thing more than perfect manicures, updos and tiaras.
But that wasn't the end of Trump's Twitter take on the Stewart situation. He followed up with even more blunt, brash and bold sentiments, saying, "Lots of response to my Pattinson/Kristen Stewart reunion. She will cheat again—100 certain—am I ever wrong?" As a final blow, he wrote, "So many tweets & stories on Stewart/Pattinson Look, it doesn't matter—the relationship will never be the same. It is permanently broken.
Donald Trump has become quite the relationship expert it seems—or he has a social media coordinator who's spending some time perusing the gossip columns while on the job!
The Robsten-focused tweets are rather interesting, if not random additions, to the Donald's other posts, which are currently trending heavily on the side of politics, what with the pro-Mitt Romney tags and anti-Obama talk. He also throws in some sports commentary—think A-Rod, the Yankees and Lance Armstrong—for good measure.
But with his recent Twitter tirade against the Pattinson-Stewart reconciliation, The Celebrity Apprentice head honcho has also shown (or tried to!) that he's still a player on the pop-culture scene, flaunting his Hollywood cred through his commentary. It's a wonder, though, that he's actually not supportive of the two stars getting back together; if nothing else, their renewed romance is a smart business move for the on-again couple as they get set to promote The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 2, which premieres on Nov. 16.
