Lid up or down?

FYI

It is bad Feng Shui to leave your toilet lid up at anytime it is not being used.

Why?  Because it represents wealth being flushed down the drain.

Take a second look at your bathroom.   :)

Yes it could. Make sure the lids are always down. Water is a big deal in Feng Shui.

I just go by Miss Manners. She says things with lids should be put back, or however she says it. That makes sense too.

we leave the lid down to keep the cats from jumping in and the dogs drinking out of it . sometime it has cleaner in it. My son come to do his wash and leave it up. GRRRR!

I normally keep it down. Steve & Trevor keep it down too. I told Steve if he leaves it up, I get up in the middle of the night and I fall into the toilet so keep it down. Safer for us all.

The lid should be down and left down when you flush. When you flush mini particles are spewed into the air for several feet around and contaminate everything they touch. It's gross and it's a proven fact.

I could never understand the seat up/down argument. They are both wrong. The lid needs to be down.
