As I was watching the Ryan / Biden debate. Some thing struck me as more then odd behavior from Biden. This is a man that has absolutely no impulse control. He is inappropriate and rude. But why is he this way? Well, it may be more then just being an obnoxious POS. Maybe Biden is mentally ill. The laughter at inappropriate times such as when discussing the failing economy or the murder's of our diplomatic personnel in Libya or the inappropriate remarks that Biden makes on a regular basis and the insane behavior on the campaign trail are just a few of the examples of What may be symptoms of a very serious mental illness. This behavior that Joe Biden has displayed and continues to engage in Could be symptomatic of a mental disease or disorder that should be treated. Some of his behavior could be indicative of Frontal lobe syndrome. Some of the symptoms of this illness include impulsiveness, puerility, a jocular attitude, sexual dis-inhibition, and complete lack of concern for others. Joe Biden has displayed all these symptoms through out the years.
If we were to look at Joe Bidens' brain, abnormalities may be seen in the frontal, temporal, and parietal lobes. This would account for his disruptive behavior , Outbursts and inappropriate remarks and laughter. This behavior sometimes manifests in manic stages of Bi-polar disorder as well as in some severe personality disorder.

Now with all this being said, It may just be that Biden is an arrogant, stupid asshole and there is no excuse for his behavior. What do you think?

THAT is a scary thought.
Some say he does not drink. I have a problem with this. I have seen videos (some they have taken down) which he is pretty well stoned. He has the "look" of an alcoholic. The bulbous nose. (thick skin on nose ) tiny red veins on face.
