It doesn't sound like Kate Gosselin is off the hook yet. In fact, she may be targeted with even more hateful accusations from Jon Gosselin's purported author 'friend' Robert Hoffman.
According to a report from RadarOnline, Hoffman, whose e-book was taken down by Amazon.com, is threatening to release more damaging information and even pictures of Kate allegedly mistreating her children.
In the book Robert Hoffman wrote about the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus Eight reality TV star, he makes claims that portray Kate as violent toward her children. He uses quotes from her journal that reportedly show she beat them with a wooden spoon.
What else could Robert Hoffman have on Kate? And are any of his allegations true? Did Kate Gosselin really behave violently toward her children or are Hoffman's quotes and content used completely out of context?
It doesn't seem like Jon Gosselin would stand for Kate harming the children, so it seems there's got to be way more to this story--like a man perhaps set on making money off someone who once considered him a friend.

I find it quite interesting that you use the term "hateful accusations". Why not just say "accusations"?
Would you use the term "hateful accusations" with regards to a suspected child molester?
I don't believe that you know what you are talking about and never watched the show.
Because those of us who have are not surprised by any of this.
Anyone with working knowledge of how and why abuse occurs knows that there is often an escalation.
One minute Kate is screaming at toddlers for a missing dresser knob. On camera. Or a wad of gum (where she also took a family member who was doing her a favor to task) Screaming again. On camera. She screamed at her nanny. On camera. Her husband. On camera. The only one who she didn't scream at was Maddy (who quite frankly, needed it).
It's not a far reach to assume that she would abuse them for eating an M&M.
She doesn't carry a wooden spoon in the car because she is going to be mixing brownie batter while driving.
It's there for intimidation. And because she might need to use it on them.
Years ago I witnessed physical child abuse. I reported it. The child was taken from the daycare. The child was returned to the parents within hours because the examiner couldn't find substantive evidence. The child was a 3 YO with fetal alcohol syndrome so she couldn't express herself verbally as well as even other 3 YOs, and her bruises were written off because she was 'clumsy'(FAS again). I lost faith in the system that day and believe that for every child it helps, there are at least two it fails. Or in this case, 8.
Discovery and its arsenal of power chose to back Kate early in the game. No one stood a chance against them.
