The new "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" zombies modes have brought forth some apparent confusion over whether or not there is an actual campaign with a storyline for the popular undead characters. Just recently, one site looked to debunk the myth that there is going to be a zombie-specific campaign in the new video game title.
Previous "Black Ops II" zombies reports looked at the three modes that players will get to choose from featuring these characters. They are Tranzit, Grief, and Survival mode, each of which has a unique goal for players to win. While Grief and Survival seem purely strategy-based modes, some are questioning if Tranzit might be an actual campaign.
According to Product-Reviews.net, there will not be any official zombie campaigns in the upcoming "Call of Duty" game, simply zombie modes. However, Tranzit has players using transportation in the form of a bus, to travel from location to location and eradicate zombies. Some feel this is the closest thing gamers will get to an actual campaign. Others stick with the notion that it's just another mode.
Tranzit and Grief are both brand new to the series, so if nothing else, players are getting some creative and fun new gaming modes to use when this game drops on November 13th. However, there's also been tight lips when it comes to any reveals about the modes or the game itself from the people behind it. Quite possibly there is some sort of secret campaign that will be unlocked, or even a future download add-on for the game. So fans can continue to dream that maybe they'll get a zombies campaign, if there isn't already one in the game.
"Call of Duty" fans, do you think Tranzit will play like a zombies campaign, or just a mode? Also, will there be any future zombies campaigns for this game, or not until a future title?
