Can someone tell me why Obama and Clinton are...

I guess it is our fault that an American Embasedor in Libya as well as three other Americans are died. This doesn't make any sense to me. Radical Mulsim took automatic guns and went into the American Embasy and killed Americans. These people took down our flag and put up their own. These people have declared war on the US. The great US is no longer great. We are laughed at because while they are killing Americans our President is begging forgiveness. I am not sure for what.

Obama, Clinton do not apologize for me. If it was up to me I would have send bombs over as soon as I saw our people being killed and torchured. I would also stop sending money to these countries. Why can't Obama see that all the bowing and sending of money is not working. If you have no back bone to do the job you were hired for get out.

Perhaps if you tell me what Obama and Clinton said I might be able to explain it. So far all I have is your statement that what they said was an apology. (I'll need their exact words in context, of course.)

I saw the video, Dan. There is no apology there at all. Those are rather sincere statements of U.S. virtues. Or did you think Jefferson was apologizing to King George III when Thomas wrote the Declaration of Independence?

So if that's the actual set of words in question then calling them an apology seems to be a political lie.

Thanks for the link. Obama is saying to me that the America government is sorry this film was released but they had no control over that. I do not see them saying we are a country of free speach. Yes we are all of different faiths and we all have our own opinions about religeon.

I hear Obama and Clinton rejecting the message of the video / film and asserting that the U.S. government had nothing to do with the video.

I see a strong statement of religious tolerance in the U.S. but nothing at all that says "I'm sorry" or "the U.S. is sorry." Please quote the exact words that you think says, "the U.S. government is sorry...".

They're not apologizing. They are saying that the government had nothing to do with that stupid movie. They want to stop the violence. There are different ways of being in the world and some people do not see violence as the first step in solving a problem. I agree with them. I think violence should be our last resort. Ghandi said: "An eye for an eye and the whole world goes blind." Unfortunately, the people who are continuing this violence do not understand our concept of freedom of speech.
