It seems this 41 year old neighbor instigated these teens. She should be charged and made to pay all damages.

We tp in our neighborhood all the time. I feel badly for this mom. It makes you think twice about letting our children friends stay the night. Our sons told us he's snuck out before with friends house too. This could easily happen to anyone of us parents. The kids should go clean up the mess and apologize. A good lesson learned at a good age.
