Noyes Family Claims Arizona School Locked Son In Padded 'Scream Room' And Ignored His Severe Allergies

...From what I have read, and I have seen the "room" where this kid was imprisoned, this kid went through what the Geneva convention would have described as torture. Jails have more room in solitaire than this box.

...ALL because they ignored the poor kids list of food allergies, which caused his behavior.

...The school seems to have caused his behavior by feeding him the stuff that made him act out, and also caused injuries and bruises.

...If parents did what the school district did, they would have lost custody of the child and would have been sent to jail.

Right now, I could spit nails. See the news video fro yourself and decide!

Someone needs to take a ball bat to school and put a few knots on the heads of whoever is rersponsiable for this.. That's how my Father settled things when I was growing up.

If the school did this they can be ssued and they definitely would not want my attorney to go to Arizona.

What he has must not be food allergies....I have both food allergies and food intolerances. A true allergy can kill you.

I'd take this with a grain of salt....

a food allergy can cause severe mood swings and/ or fuel unwanted behavior.
It is more prone in those with some sort of mental connected problem, like those who are autistic.
A nephew of mine can not have caffeine at all, or else he will act like he is on amphetamines; When, he is not.

But that's not an allergy....that's a food intolerance. According to the doctors, thaere's a big difference.
