Teen Mom may have ended last month after four seasons, but as it turns out, the series is already set for a return. Catelynn Lowell, Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout, and Farrah Abraham are heading back to MTV for a follow-up special which will air next month.
According to TV By The Numbers, the girls are returning for two emotional new specials including a Farewell Special and a Ask The Moms special. Fans are going to be thrilled to hear the news, especially since they had thought they saw the last of their favorite young mommies.
The Farewell Special will include the original casting tapes of the four girls along with behind-the-scenes secrets from the show. In addition to that, fans will get to see where the girls are now which is what everyone is wondering since filming on season 4 wrapped earlier this year.
During the Ask The Moms special, fans will get to ask the girls about everything from their love lives to what cameras didn't show and get all of the answers they've been wondering for the past few years.
While there's no word on when these specials were filmed, it would make sense to say that production was underway for Maci during her birthday considering rumors of a spin-off surfaced after she was seen filming. The other girls' turns may have come later. For instance, just last week, Catelynn and Tyler claimed to be filming and Amber's mother said she was looking forward to filming a special behind bars soon.
To say goodbye to the girls of Teen Mom once more, tune in to the upcoming specials which begin airing on October 2.
