Not long after being arrested for hitting a man with her car and then leaving the accident scene, Lindsay Lohan cried "foul". The actress claims she was unaware that she hit anyone. She got set up. Sadly, eye witnesses are so far telling a very different story.
According to one or more of them, Lindsay was driving in a freight area at the time of the event. She was moving her car slowly because there were a lot of people nearby. However, she couldn't quite avoid the entire crowd and ended up brushing against one man. It's reported that he approached Lindsay and told her she hit him with the car. Then, Lindsay got out of the vehicle to talk with him.
That's the complete opposite of what Lindsay told the police. According to her she was unaware of hitting anyone until the police came to arrest her. She also claimed she never got out of her car.
After her latest arrest, the Liz and Dick star decided to pull the "I'm being set up" card once again. To her credit, a few people were falling for it; although apparently that didn't include the police.
Word is they aren't finished talking with all the witnesses yet. That means there could be some other revelations about the event still unknown. In any case, it isn't looking good for Lindsay Lohan. Particularly, if they can prove she lied to the police yet again.
