Snowboy grew into a beautiful cat, and would often disappear for several days at a time. He fathered many kittens, and they stayed with the Snippet twins for numerous years.

Blue Horse and Mandy became aware that Esau and Juliet could talk to the animals. They loved all creatures except for wolves. Esau became a wolfer at a young age.

One day Juliet was planting tulips when Beaker the woodpecker arrived in a state of panic. “Where is Esau?” Beaker screamed.
"He is at the river," Juliet replied.

Esau was setting wolf traps when he was found by Juliet and Beaker. “What’s up?” Esau asked.
“There is a funny looking chicken in the area!” Beaker shouted.
