Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the man also known as Sam Bacile, has a lot going on these days. Despite his efforts to hide his appearance and even leaving his California home in the middle of the night, vowing never to return, he's shown here on the set of the movie 'Innocense of Muslims'.
He was convicted in 1997 for "intent to manufacture methamphetamine." He spent one year in prison for that crime. Then in April 2002, he violated his probation from the meth charge and went back to prison for another year.
Then he turned snitch in 2010. He was a federal informant in a case where he was charged with check fraud. He's still on probation from this case where the judge also prohibited him from using the internet for 5 years as part of his probation.
He apparently has a list of aliases including names such as PJ Tobacco, Kritbag Difrat, and Ahmad Hamdy. This guy is so smart, he is credited with duping actress Anna Gurji and director Alan Roberts into thinking they were working on a film called 'Desert Warrior'. Gurji says, "There was no mention EVER by anyone of MUHAMMAD and no mention of religion during the entire time I was on the set." Either Nakoula is the smartest criminal on earth or the cast of the movie are the dumbest people on earth or somebody is lying. One of the characters in the film is named Muhammed! How could the name have never been mentioned?!
The same account that posted the 'Innocence of Muslims' video on YouTube also posted several other mockery films. One is called 'The Ethos of Politics' that shows clips of American politicians saying one thing and then the opposite (i.e. think Mitt Romney flip-flop and you get the idea, except Mitt's not in the video). Even current President Barack Obama is in the film. Yet, no violence in the streets of America over this?
Could it be that this film really didn't cause the protests in the Middle East? If so, why would so many media outlets be reporting that it did? And why would U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice appear on television this weekend stating the same thing? What or who are they covering for?

This almost smacks to me of someone in the administration being involved in encouraging the production of the film, then using it to promote some sort of an agenda, all the while hiding behind the scenes. Why? Smoke and mirrors maybe? Who knows? Anything is possible.
I watched the YouTube video, part of it, it was too stupid to watch in it's entirety. I don't understand the Muslim culture or religion enough to begin to understand how they would be so angry at something so stupid.
I feel like children could have made a better film.
If he was Coptic, I don't blame him, they face genocide, the diaspora has begun, at the hands of the Islamists. But the film is irrelevant, this is about territory. These lands will be had by the most vicious, our citizens are notches on the belts of the would-be Kings. Hopefully, their death warrant too.
He's not smart, the cast is stupid, and absolutely everyone is lying.
